An exceptional opportunity exists for a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join the pre-opening team of a new, upmarket restaurant situated on the outskirts of Stellenbosch. Experience & Skill
- At least 3 – 5 year’s managerial experience in an upmarket dining environment
- Proficient wine knowledge
- Strong ability to lead, manage and develop a team
- Guest and service centric
- Previous experience with a start-up restaurant beneficial
Essential Requirements
- Formal Hospitality qualification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Preference will be given to candidates from Stellenbosch and neighbouring areas
