She worked at properties such as Arabella Western Cape Hotel and Spa, Arniston Spa Hotel, Pearl Valley Golf Estates, Laborie Wine Farm and Bertus Basson Group.
Zelda has filled positions such as Restaurant Management, Wine Farm Management, Food and Beverage Management, Operations, HR and Events / Banqueting Management.
