Our esteemed client is located in heart of the picturesque Franschhoek and is known for their exceptional fusion of contemporary global cuisine. At the heart of our Client’s culinary philosophy lies a commitment to sustainability in sourcing ingredients locally harvested from the Franschhoek region. 

We have a unique opportunity for a results driven Junior Head Chef with 4+ years’ experience in high-pressure, refined dining kitchens. Passionate about contemporary global cuisine and sustainable, seasonal menus with excellent leadership abilities. 

This position reports to the General Manager. position will work closely with the General Manager. 

Core Requirements:

• Qualification in Professional Cookery
• 4+ year’s experience in a refined dining kitchen environment
• Strong ability to lead and develop a team effectively
• Applicants to reside in the Winelands region

Consideration

Candidates, who are already residing in local vicinity of the Winelands region, will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence!
