Our client, a cosy, family-friendly Bakery Café, located in Brackenfell, is seeking a STORE MANAGER to join their team.
Position Overview
Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day store operations. We are looking for an all-rounder with experience in stock control, front of house, being able to manage and work with staff, organise cleaning schedules, drawing up work rosters, manage time sheets, service orientated, cooking and baking experience.
Ideally we are looking for a chef with management experience.

Qualification and Experience
- Qualification in Hospitality or similar will be advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an FMCG / manufacturing environment with experience in food safety and quality beneficial
- Clear understanding of HACCP / Food safety standards and processes
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications
- Must be able to work to strict short term deadlines that are required in the industry
- Candidates must reside in the local vicinity of Brackenfell
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license essential.
- Candidates must have valid South African identification and a clear criminal record.

Remuneration
R20 000 – R30 000 pm (DOE)
Consideration
Candidates, who are already residing in the local vicinity of Brackenfell will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications will be accepted! Applicants, who live in other provinces of South Africa still need to attend personal interviews and if requested to do any cook-offs, will do so completely at their own expense.
