Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie to join an upmarket Wine Estate near Paarl. Over the years our Client has become a premier destination for wine, cuisine and art.
The position requires a creative and a hands-on approach to food production and cooking, experience in all kitchen sections, strong culinary and operations skill set, passionate about cooking and someone who cares about curated guest experiences. 3+ Years culinary experience in a high-end Bistro-style environment with a formal culinary qualification preferred. You will form part of a small, focused brigade.
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport beneficial.

Candidates, who are already residing in the vicinity of Paarl / Franschhoek will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications will be accepted! Applicants, who live in other provinces of South Africa still need to attend personal interviews and if requested to do any cook-offs, will do so completely at their own expense.
