We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior CDP to join an upmarket Estate near Franschhoek.

The position requires a creative and a hands-on approach to food production and cooking.

We are looking for an individual with a stable track record, who cares about guest experiences with a passion for cooking and hospitality. Experience on all sections, in a high-end, bistro-style restaurant environment preferred. 

Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport beneficial.

Inherent Requirements & Experience:

• A Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts
• Matric
• Exceptional technical skills and proven track record
• Work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, on all levels
• Strong work ethic
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays

Candidates, who are already residing in the Winelands Region will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence!
