Overview
Our esteemed client, a well-respected Family Farm, nestled in the heart of the Helderberg region, has an opportunity for an Experienced Restaurant Front of House Manager to lead and manage their boutique Italian-inspired Restaurant.
The Restaurant FOH Manager brings a combination of strong management skillset, excellent wine knowledge, at least 3-5 year’s hospitality experience on management level, excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
Inherent Requirements & Experience:
- A formal Hospitality Qualification preferred
- Ability to effectively lead and manage a team effectively
- Excellent control of Food & Beverage costings
- Strong ability to train and development a team
- Ensuring the team has high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport preferred
Remuneration
- R25 000 – R35 000 Basic

Candidates, who are already residing in the Winelands / Helderberg region will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications will be accepted!
