We have an exceptional opportunity for talented Junior Sous Chefs with an unwavering passion for the industry. The property’s restaurants provides all-day dining experiences in a refined, yet relaxed setting.
The ideal candidates exhibits exceptional culinary, organisational, and interpersonal abilities with strong leadership and management qualities, to effectively assist in managing the kitchen operations.
Key Position Requirements
- Formal Qualification in Professional Cookery
- Minimum of 3 year’s Chef experience in a luxury hospitality environment
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport preferred
- Applicants already residing in the Winelands Region will receive preference
