Inherent Requirements & Experience:
- A track record of leadership with at least 5 years in senior hospitality, F&B, or guest experience management role within a high-volume environment
- A proven history of managing, training, and leading both FOH and BOH teams
- Strength in customer experience design, practical implementation and maintaining excellent service standards
- Financially fluency: An ability to manage budgets, control costs, analyse and act on performance metrics
- Operational proficiency across reservations, POS, stock control and reporting systems
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the seamless execution of services, including all aspects of service delivery part of day-to-day operations
- Management of a small but dynamic hospitality team ensuring a positive work environment with a firm handle on recruitment, skills development, motivation, and discipline within the team
- Procurement of departmental operational and retail items, ensuring efficient administration and positive relations with all suppliers
- Align hospitality initiatives with broader brand and commercial goals
- Accountability for the Hospitality P&L and drive business success
Remuneration
- R30 000 – R40 000 CTC

We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications will be accepted!
