Our Client, a Stellenbosch Boutique Winery, is known for generous modern Farm-Style Cuisine in a charming open-plan space that extends out onto a terrace with picturesque views of Stellenbosch and the Helderberg mountains.
We have opportunity for talented Demi-Chefs to join their dynamic culinary team.
As a Demi Chef de Partie, your primary responsibility is to assist the Chef de Partie in maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence.
Qualification, Experience, Skill
- Formal Culinary Qualification preferred
- Previous experience gained in a refined dining environment
- Strong culinary skill-set with experience gained in all kitchen sections
- Passionate about the culinary arts
- Stable track record
- Own transport beneficial
- Self-motivated
- High level of attention to detail
- Calm demeanour under pressure
