We are recruiting for the following positions:
- Experienced SOUS CHEF
- Experienced CHEF DE PARTIE
The successful individuals will have a minimum of three to four years of culinary experience in a sophisticated dining environment, demonstrating a robust culinary skill set. A passion for hospitality and food production, coupled with self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed under pressure, are essential qualities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification in Professional Cookery essential
- Previous experience gained in an upmarket dining environment
- Own Transport and valid driver’s license beneficial
- Stable track record
- Candidates already residing in the local vicinity of the Cape Winelands will receive preference

Candidates, who are already residing in the local vicinity of the Cape Winelands, will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications will be accepted! Applicants, who live in other provinces of South Africa still need to attend personal interviews and if requested to do any cook-offs, will do so completely at their own expense.
