Our client, is a Premier Wine Estate in the heart of the Cape Winelands and renowned for its exceptional guest experiences and dedication to quality.
We have an exceptional opportunities for experienced CHEF DE PARTIE to join the pre-opening team of our client’s exquisite new high-end restaurant, scheduled to open in November 2025. The restaurant will feature an exciting multi-choice menu based on quality seasonal ingredients.
The ideal candidates exhibit exceptional culinary, organizational, and interpersonal abilities, possesses strong leadership qualities, and excels in high-pressure environments.
Inherent Requirements & Experience:
- Qualification in Professional Cookery
- At least 3-4 years on CDP level in a sophisticated dining environment
- Stable track record
Remuneration
CDP: R13 500 Basic (Dependant on Experience) (Plus Gratuity Share, O/T, Sunday pay )

Candidates, who are already residing in the Winelands Region will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications will be accepted! Applicants, who live in other provinces of South Africa still need to attend personal interviews and if requested to do any cook-offs, will do so completely at their own expense.
