We have a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned Restaurant Front of House Manager on an iconic, upscale Wine Estate in Stellenbosch. We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Front of House Manager with at least 3-5 years senior management experience in an upmarket dining environment, passionate about service excellence and ability to effectively lead and manage a team.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational activities of the restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional Food and Beverage services.
Position Requirements
- Hospitality Management, Food and Wine Qualification beneficial
- 3-5 years of senior management experience in an upmarket restaurant environment.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant management, wine pairing, and menu management
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational activities: Overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional Food and Beverage services.
- Menu management: Managing multi-course, wine-paired menus.
- Service excellence: Ensuring high-quality service standards.
- Leadership: Leading a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Remuneration Details
R25 000 (dependant on experience)
