Overview
Our client, a cosy, family-friendly Bakery Café, located in Brackenfell, is seeking a Shift Manager to join their team. Key responsibilities include opening or closing of the store, and manage stock takes and manage staff with confidence.This position will work closely with and will split duties with another shift manager.

Qualification and Experience
- Qualification in Hospitality or similar will be advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an FMCG / manufacturing environment with experience in food safety and quality beneficial
- Clear understanding of HACCP / Food safety standards and processes
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications
- Must be able to work to strict short term deadlines that are required in the industry
- Candidates must reside in the local vicinity of Brackenfell
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license essential.
- Candidates must have valid South African identification and a clear criminal record.

Remuneration
R12 000 – R18 000 pm (DOE)
Consideration
Candidates, who are already residing in the local vicinity of Brackenfell will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications will be accepted! Applicants, who live in other provinces of South Africa still need to attend personal interviews and if requested to do any cook-offs, will do so completely at their own expense.
