Overview

Situated in the magnificent Franschhoek Valley, this 5-Star Heritage Wine Estate is known as a landmark in the Winelands and provides a unique destination presenting many elements including award winning wines, exceptional culinary experiences, luxurious accommodation, to mention a few.  

We are seeking an Experienced Receptionist / PA candidate with a hospitality background. 

The ideal candidate brings previous experience as receptionist and reservations ability to manage pressure and multi-task, excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literate and Dineplan experience, relevant tertiary education will be advantageous, professional and well groomed. 

In the role of Receptionist and PA, you will be expected to control the Switchboard operations, responding to standard Wine Tasting, Restaurant and Deli Reservations via Dineplan and email, able to work flexible hours (mostly Mon – Fri / every 2nd weekend on duty). Apart from Reception, a key function includes a PA role to the General Manager.

Position Requirements

  • Relevant Tertiary Education beneficial (Office Administration / Hospitality) 
  • Previous hospitality experience essential 
  • Flexible working hours
  • Must reside in the vicinity of Franschhoek
  • Guest and service centric 
  • Mature and well spoken (fully bilingual)

Remuneration

  • R14 000 – R17 000 Basic (Based on experience)
