Our esteemed client is seeking an experienced Luxury Guest Experience Manager to join their upscale team and deliver effortless, memorable service to discerning guests. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of luxury hospitality and fine-dining experience, deep wine knowledge, a warm and spontaneous personality, and the practical reliability to support daily operations and special events.

The role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and a commitment to a high level of service. 

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome and register guests: Greet guests with poise, manage arrivals, and ensure first impressions reflect our brand standards.
  • Deliver elevated guest service: Anticipate needs, personalize interactions, and resolve issues discreetly to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Provide expert wine guidance: Recommend pairings, present wine lists confidently.
  • Support culinary and fine-dining flow: Liaise with chefs and servers to ensure timing, presentation, and dietary requests are executed flawlessly.
  • Assist F&B accounts and orders: Assist with vendor orders, inventory checks, and account reconciliation when required.
  • Assist with training and mentoring: Share best practices with junior staff and contribute to ongoing service training.

Requirements, Skill & Experience to excel in this role:

  • 5+ years’ experience in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or high-end hospitality
  • roles.
  • Exceptional wine knowledge (service, pairings, and cellar management).
  • Culinary and fine-dining experience with a clear understanding of menu structure
  • and service timing.
  • Positive, spontaneous, and guest-centric personality with polished communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages will be a plus (spoken and conversational).
  • Own reliable transport and a valid driving license.
  • Sober habits and a professional lifestyle that supports consistent, dependable attendance.
  • Strong team player who collaborates across front- and back-of-house.

Desirable Advantages:

  • Formal hospitality and sommelier training.
  • Previous work in luxury or boutique properties and event service experience.
