Overview
Our client, a historic farm nestled in the heart of the Stellenbosch Winelands, is known for their unparalleled guest experiences, events venues, and charming accommodations which includes a luxurious self-catering Villa, a charming Guesthouse hosting up to 17 guests and two beautifully appointed cottages.
We have opportunity for an Accommodation Night Manager to join our client’s dedicated team.
This role is responsible for overseeing all Accommodation operations during the night shift. This includes managing front desk operations, handling guest check-ins/check-outs, resolving issues on shift. You will also reconcile accounts, and prepare reports for the day management team.
Qualification, Experience, Skill
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience gained in a similar role
- Computer literate and strong administrative skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Highly guest orientated
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Applicants need to reside in the local vicinity of Stellenbosch
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays)
