Our client, an esteemed Wine Estate situated in Franschhoek, is seeking an experienced HEAD CHEF & SOUS CHEF to join their team.
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef and a Sous Chef with strong leadership abilities, passionate about staff development and training. Previous experience in the hotel sector will be advantageous.
The ideal candidates will be quality driven with a stable track record and passionate about the hospitality industry and cooking.
Key Position Requirements
- A formal qualification in professional cookery
- Matric Certificate
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
- It is a pre-requisite to reside in the Winelands area

Candidates, who are already residing in the Cape Winelands will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications will be accepted! Applicants, who live in other provinces of South Africa still need to attend personal interviews and if requested to do any cook-offs, will do so completely at their own expense.
