Our client, is a premium collection of three exclusive-use private safari villas on a private concession in the Madikwe Game reserve, and is known for offering a premier safari and wildlife experience. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Management Couple to join their professional team.
Key Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a luxury, 5-star environment
- Own Transport
- Driver’s license essential
- Strong ability to manage a team effectively
- Creative out of the box thinking – must be able to think on their feet
- Self-motivated
- Able to take initiative and work independently
- Strong ability to engage, entertain and build and connect with guests
Skills and Experience:
First Manager:
- FGASA Level 1 (Level 2 will be preferred) – all guiding qualifications up to date and paid
- Full Trails (advantageous but not a must)
- First Aid Level 1
- Strong Maintenance Skills
- Strong Vehicle Maintenance Skills
- Strong Hosting Skills
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Basic HR knowledge
Second Manager:
- Strong Hosting Skills
- All-rounder knowledge of all departments will be advantageous
- PAN Knowledge (a must)
- Computer Knowledge – MS Office
- Basic HR Knowledge
- Strong Admin Skills
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
