Overview
Our Client, located in the Stellenbosch Winelands, seeks a proactive and experienced Senior Service Manager to oversee the comprehensive management of its unique Retail, Food & Beverage experience outlet.
Key aim is to maximize performance and profitability of all the unit’s outlets which includes a Farm Café, Farm Shop, Wines food experience & Picnics.
Excellent knowledge of Retail, Food & Beverage and Customer Service essential. We are looking for an individual with a strong financial and business acumen, including cost control, budgeting, and management of the departmental budget, forecasting and the know-how of improving overall business performance. Expert knowledge of point of sales systems and inventory management systems with a firm focus on service excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior Manager
- Degree/ Diploma in. Business Management, Retail, F&B or related field
- Must have a driver’s license and own transport
Position Scope
Responsible for the operation and supervision of the outlet’s retail, food & beverage experience. Plans and directs the day-to-day operations. Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive Retail, Food and Beverage sales, increase profitability, create policies and programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base. Maintain high standards and conditions and foster a positive environment. To consistently exceed guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed. ***A detailed job description available to shortlisted candidates.
