Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Restaurant Manager to join the pre-opening team of a new 100-seater Upmarket Meat and Wine Bar Restaurant concept. The restaurant will form part of an established and sophisticated Restaurant Group, situated in the heart of Rosebank’s thriving foodie district.
We seek an individual with a strong Food and Beverage background and experience gained in a sophisticated dining environment, an unwavering passion for service excellence, demonstrates strong leadership qualities, meticulous attention to detail, highly self-motivated, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Key Position Requirements
- Qualification in Food and Beverage Management
- Excellent wine knowledge
- At least 3 – 5 year’s managerial experience in a sophisticated dining environment
- Strong operational skill set and fierce work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Own transport and valid driver’s license essential
- Strong ability to manage and develop a team
Key KPA’S – Detailed indicators to be discussed with shortlisted candidates:

Remuneration
R40 000 CTC (Neg)

Candidates, who are already residing in the region of Johannesburg will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications will be accepted!
