We have an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned RESTAURANT MANAGER to join the team of a high-end Mediterranean-style Restaurant, strategically located on the Atlantic Seaboard. This 100-seater restaurant provides all-day dining experiences in a refined yet inviting and relaxed ambiance.
We seek an experienced RESTAURANT MANAGER with a strong Food and Beverage background, an unwavering passion for service excellence, demonstrates strong leadership qualities, meticulous attention to detail, highly self-motivated, with strong interpersonal abilities, and excels in high-pressure environments.
Key Position Requirements
Qualification in Food and Beverage Management · at least 5 year’s managerial experience in a sophisticated dining environment · proficient wine knowledge · strong ability to lead, manage and develop a team.

Candidates, who are already residing in Cape Town will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications will be accepted! Applicants, who live in other provinces of South Africa still need to attend personal interviews and if requested to do any cook-offs, will do so completely at their own expense.
