We have an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned RESTAURANT MANAGER to join a high-end Cape Malay-style Restaurant, strategically located in Cape Town’s V&A Waterfront. The restaurant tells the story of Cape Town’s diverse culture, food and entertainment to create a quintessential Cape flavour experience.
We seek an experienced RESTAURANT MANAGER with a strong operational background, an unwavering passion for service excellence, meticulous attention to detail, highly self-motivated, with strong interpersonal abilities, maintains composure, and excels in high-pressure environments. The ideal individual is knowledgeable about Cape Malay-style dining.
Position Requirements
Qualification in Food and Beverage Management preferred · Strong operational and management skillset · at least 3 year’s managerial experience in a high-end dining environment · previous experience in a start-up restaurant beneficial ·strong ability to manage and develop a team
Remuneration details
R30 000 Neg (Based on experience)

Candidates, who are already residing in Cape Town region will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications will be accepted! Applicants, who live in other provinces of South Africa still need to attend personal interviews and if requested to do any cook-offs, will do so completely at their own expense.
