Restaurant Duty Manager (Simondium) High Priority –

Our client, a well-known Wine Estate, situated in Simondium area, is seeking to employ an experienced Restaurant Duty Manager to assist with the daily restaurant operations.  This modern 40-seater restaurant serves a tapas style menu, predominantly designed for sharing. 

We are seeking a hand-on experienced Restaurant Duty Manager with a strong background in Food and Beverage operations, in a upmarket, sophisticated dining environment. 

The Key Role includes a focus on service excellence, staff management and presentation of the meals. The position will also be responsible for daily restaurant operations such as cash-ups and stock control at the end of the evening. 

Position Requirements

  • A Hospitality Management qualification will be advantageous 
  • Minimum of 3 years‘ experience as a Duty Manager in a similar environment, with a love for the Food and Beverage industry
  • Stable and solid track record 
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
