We have a dynamic opportunity for an experienced RESTAURANT DUTY MANAGER, on one of the most renown Wine Farms in the Winelands Region.
This 120-seater Winelands Restaurant and Bakery is a preferred destination for a Bistro-style breakfast and lunch experience. We are seeking a hand-on and experienced Restaurant Duty Manager with a stable track record, at least 3 years’ experience in restaurant management / supervision role and highly guest and service orientated.
Key Role: The position will be responsible for the management of the daily Bistro-style restaurant operations and activities.
Position Requirements
- A Hospitality Management qualification will be advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years‘ experience on Restaurant Management level, with a love for the Food and Beverage industry
- Stable and solid track record
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport beneficial
