Situated in the magnificent Franschhoek Valley, this 5-Star Heritage Wine Estate is known as a landmark in the Winelands and provides a unique destination presenting many elements including award winning wines, exceptional culinary experiences, luxurious accommodation, to mention a few.  

Our client is seeking to employ an Experienced Receptionist with online marketing management experience. 

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years previous experience within the Hospitality Sector as receptionist with online marketing experience, ability to manage pressure, excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literate and Dineplan experience, relevant tertiary education will be advantageous, professional and well groomed. 

In the role of Receptionist and Online- Marketing, you will be expected to control the Switchboard operations, responding to standard Wine Tasting, Restaurant and Deli Reservations via Dineplan and email, able to work flexible hours. Apart from Reception, a key function includes managing online platforms such as booking.com, TripAdvisor, Website, Instagram and Facebook.

Position Requirements

  • Previous hospitality experience essential

  • Mature and well spoken (fully bilingual)

Remuneration Details

R12 000 – R15 000 PM (Salary relating to experience and qualification)
