Overview
We have exceptional opportunities for seasoned CHEFS AND A RESTAURANT OPERATIONS MANAGER to join the pre-opening team of a high-end Farm-to-table-style Restaurant, strategically located in Durbanville. The restaurant will provide mainly lunch and dinner dining experiences in a refined yet inviting and relaxed ambiance.
We seek an experienced SOUS CHEF, JUNIOR SOUS, CDP, and PASTRY CHEF with an unwavering passion for culinary arts and experience relating to Farm-to-table-inspired menus.
The ideal candidates exhibit exceptional culinary, organizational, and interpersonal abilities, possesses strong leadership qualities, maintains composure, and excels in high-pressure environments.
Position Requirements
Qualification in Professional Cookery / Hospitality · at least 3-5 years’ experience in a high-end dining environment · innovative · proficient knowledge of Farm-to-table-style cooking · previous experience in a start-up restaurant beneficial.

We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications will be accepted!
