Overview

We have a unique opportunity for a Learning and Development candidate at a modern Eatery and Wine Bar, nestled in the heart of Rosebank’s thriving foodie district.  

Key Role

This role is responsible for ensuring the strategic practice of attracting, onboarding, developing, motivating, and retaining employees. This is to ensure that employees can grow to become the happiest, most productive employees they can be in the business. This role is also responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training methods and coming up with new and innovative solutions to training needs.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Detailed indicators to be discussed with shortlisted candidates

  • Onboarding Management
  • Conducting Talent Assessments
  • Driving Employee Engagement
  • Developing In-House Training Programmes
  • Measuring Training Effectiveness

Qualification and Skills

  • Relevant qualification in training and development 
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and training software
  • Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of learning and development principles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and project management skills

Remuneration

R45 000 CTC (Neg)

Candidates, who are already residing in the region of Johannesburg will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence!
