Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Manager at a well-supported cafeteria in central Stellenbosch. This establishment offers a wide selection of light meal options and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
Key Role: The Kitchen Manager will ensure a seamless kitchen operation with experience in managing a team effectively, staff training and development, stock control, food cost management, waste management, recipe design, portion control, management of strict health and safety regulations, orders, supplier liaison.
Key Position Requirements
Hospitality Qualification beneficial / At least 3 year’s previous experience in in similar role, ability to manage food cost and a small team effectively / Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport beneficial / Applicants need to reside in the local vicinity of Stellenbosch.
Remuneration Details
R12 000 – R15 000 Basic

Candidates, who are already residing in the local vicinity of Stellenbosch will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications will be accepted!
