Our client, situated in Franschhoek, is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their dynamic team. This newly revamped restaurant is open 7 days a week, serving French, Modern South African Cuisine.
Responsibilities / Requirements
This is a dynamic position and our client requires a well-spoken, enthusiastic candidate with energy and drive / CWA or WSET will be advantageous / Formal hospitality diploma or equivalent is advantageous / 2+ Years’ managerial experience in a similar position / Stock control and management / Service and Guest Centric / Strong administration and communication skills.
1 November 2019 – 30 April 2020 (with an option to renew)
Candidates, who are already residing in the Western Cape will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications will be accepted! Applicants, who live in other provinces of South Africa still need to attend personal interviews and if requested to do any cook-offs, will do so completely at their own expense.
