Pick Me Recruitment is looking for a Hotel Manager to manage and run the overall 4-Star Hotel Operations of a luxurious Boutique Hotel. The property, situated in Kimberley,  offers 21 en-suite bedrooms tastefully decorated with the ambience of a bygone era. The hotel boasts a member’s bar, lounge and dominoes room, an a la carte restaurant, a ladies bar, 3 dining facilities, a reading room and a billiard room.  The ideal venue for functions, weddings and conferences.

Minimum Requirements & Key Responsibilities

  • A hotel/catering management or hospitality qualification will be advantageous
  • Matric
  • Recruiting, training and supervising staff
  • Managing budgets
  • Maintaining statistical and financial records
  • Planning maintenance work, events and room bookings
  • Handling customer complaints and queries
  • Promoting and marketing the business
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws

R25 000 Gross – Based on experience

Candidates, who are already residing in the Northern Cape will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence!
