Seeking an experienced  and highly committed HEAD CHEF to join our clients exceptional culinary team.  

The ideal individual for the Head Chef position has a strong background relating to sophisticated dining, is highly self-motivated, passionate about food and cooking, experienced in managing the kitchen operations in a high-end kitchen environment, quality driven, a leader, stable, able to perform under pressure with a passion for staff development. 

The key functions for the Head Chef will be to oversee and manage the overall Kitchen operations, menu engineering, costings, waste management, recipes and inventory, staff management & development.

Remuneration Details

R30 000 Negotiable – Based on experience

Candidates, who are already residing in the Western Cape will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications will be accepted! Applicants, who live in other provinces of South Africa still need to attend personal interviews and if requested to do any cook-offs, will do so completely at their own expense. We handle high volumes of applications daily and will only be able to reply, via e-mail, to candidates who have met our clients’ requirements.
