We have an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Head Chef with an unwavering passion for the hospitality industry. This 120-seater Bistro-style restaurant provides all-day dining experiences in a refined, yet relaxed setting.
The ideal candidate exhibits exceptional culinary, organisational, and interpersonal abilities with strong leadership and management qualities, to effectively manage the kitchen operations.
Key Position Requirements
Qualification in Professional Cookery · minimum of 5 year’s Head Chef experience · innovative menu engineering, utilising an array of fresh ingredients from the harvest garden · strong ability to manage and develop a team · own vehicle and drivers license
