F&B Manager: Upmarket Estate near Franschhoek

We have a dynamic opportunity for a talented F&B Manager on an upmarket estate near Franschhoek.

The ideal individual for the role is someone with a strong background relating to Food and Beverage Operations, costing, recipe design, inventory control, supplier negotiation skills. Someone with a strong business acumen with a drive to ensure a profitable F&B operation, implement change and provide support. Computer literate and the know-how to manage back-office stock systems. 

Own transport essential and willing to work flexible hours. Preference will be given to candidates already residing in Franschhoek / Paarl area. 

Key Requirements and Experience

  • F&B qualification or similar
  • Experience relating to Ikentoo and Dineplan beneficial
  • Strong ability to effectively lead and manage a team 
  • Strong financial and Business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum of 3-5 Years of experience in a Food and Beverage management role


  • R20 000 – R25 000 (Neg – relating to experience)

Candidates, who are already residing in the Western Cape will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence!
