Our esteemed client owns a distinguished property / Villa strategically located in Green Point, on the Atlantic Seaboard in one of CT’s most exclusive & secure streets, minutes within the City Centre.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Housekeeping Manager to spearhead the Villa’s Housekeeping portfolio.
The Key Role includes the management of the daily housekeeping and laundry activities, promoting a safe environment with a focus on quality service and a memorable and comfortable stay.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years previous experience in a Managerial Housekeeping role, within a luxury hospitality environment
- Hospitality qualification beneficial
- Stable Track Record
- Strong leadership and operational skill set
- Stable track record
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Own transport with a valid driver’s license
Examples of Responsibilities
- First point of call
- Assists with daily Breakfast food preparation and cooking activities
- Plans daily housekeeping schedule
- Develop and implement a standard of excellence
- Organise and set up deep cleaning projects
- Identity and report maintenance related issues
- Monitor guest feedback and take corrective action
- Responsible for the cleanliness, appearance, and orderliness of the Villa
- Maintain inventory of supplies and linens
- Effectively handles problem, including anticipating, preventing identifying and solving problems
- Perform housekeeping duties
- Conducts detailed inspections of guest rooms and public areas
