We are looking to appoint a Assistant Restaurant Manager. This position will require meticulous attention to detail in a relaxed environment with a passion for healthy, plant based and vegan foods. The candidate should also have strong operational skills with a passion for the hospitality industry.
The Assistant manager responsibilities include maintaining the Outlet’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Assist in Co-ordinating and managing the hospitality outlet’s daily flow
Strong business sense and financial acumen to implement financial controls to ensure profitability
Must be friendly, service driven with passion for plant based food
To assist in planning and controlling the day-to-day operations of the outlet including inventory levels and maintenance issues
Assist in ensuring compliance with all licensing, hygiene and health and safety regulations.
Stock control, stock take and following up on deviations
Daily Cash ups, administrative duties, orders, guest / supplier liaison, cleaning & training checklists.
