We have a dynamic opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at a well-known Golf Estate in Paarl region.  This Bistro-style Restaurant and Deli offers a curated guest experience and operates Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.   

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager with at least 3 years experience in a managerial role with strong Front of House Operational and Administrative skills. The ideal candidate has an engaging personality, is highly guest and service centric and passionate about the hospitality industry. A qualification in Hospitality Management will be beneficial. 

Applicants need to stay in either Paarl of Franschhoek.  Own transport and valid driver’s license essential. Must be able to work evening and weekends. 

The key role is to assist in overseeing and managing a busy Bistro-style Restaurant and Deli operation to ensure profitability.

Remuneration Details

Competitive Basic Salary between R15 000 – R20 000  (Based on experience), Gratuity Share and Sales incentives.

Candidates, who are already residing in the Western Cape will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence!
