Overview
Our client, an esteemed Catering Company in Paarl, is seeking to employ an experienced Administrator to join their dynamic team.
We are looking for an individual with at least 5 years administrative experience preferably within the hospitality sector. Someone who is forward thinking, resourceful with excellent administrative and communication skills. Administrative / Hospitality qualification beneficial.
Only applicants already residing the local vicinity of Paarl and Franschhoek will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Daily office administration duties, preparing and managing function sheets, taking charge of the Google Calendar managing functions / tastings and meetings, managing the Google Drive and updating menus and information, calculating casual staff weekly working hours, client liaison, managing queries, invoicing, payment management, liaising with wedding co-ordinators and vendors.

Candidates, who are already residing in the Winelands region will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications will be accepted! Applicants, who live in other provinces of South Africa still need to attend personal interviews and if requested to do any cook-offs, will do so completely at their own expense.
